Auto Enrollment Crosswalk Published
The Postal Service has published a list of the current health plans which includes a list of the plans to which people will be "automatically mapped". See the details and the complete list: FEHB to PSHB Auto Enrollment by Plan
The Postal Service has stated that individual crosswalk letters have been mailed.
The Postal Service has sent its Open Season Booklet in the mail. An electronic version of that document is available here: USPS Open Season Booklet. Information about making a change through login.gov starts on page 11. Note: the ability to make changes using login.gov will not be available until the start of Open Season on November 11, 2024.

Open Season Changes - Enrollment Platform
Since the passage of the Postal Service Reform Act in April of 2022, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), in conjunction with the Postal Service, has been working to implement the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. The PSHB is a separate subset of the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program that will be administered by OPM.
Beginning January 1, 2025, Postal Employees, Annuitants (retirees), Survivor annuitants, those compensated by OWCP, and their covered family members, are required to get medical benefits through the PSHB Program.
